Who is the qualification for:-

To stand up and deliver training sessions or workshops to a group of delegates requires knowledge and an understanding of how to impart learning effectively. Gaining the skills to ensure training activities are structured and delivered to a recognised standard will help you deliver quality and stimulating training.

This nationally accredited intensive course is aimed at developing the skills required to deliver off-job to medium sized groups. It will help develop confidence in delivering effective presentations and training sessions, handling difficult situations and preparing structured session plans to support your courses.

What you will achieve:-

This course is aimed at any employee who will be involved in the delivery of stand up group training. This is an intensive three-day workshop and delegates will be asked to complete homework on both evenings of the course in preparation for the next session. Upon successful completion of 20 minutes observed training session you will obtain a nationally recognised qualification.
