Who is the qualification for:-

The Level 3 Awards in Food Safety has been designed for supervisors and line managers of hospitality outlets who requires a more comprehensive understanding of the food hygiene laws. It is also appropriate for those who are considering progressing onto the advanced certificate. (This qualification replaces the Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety).
