Who is the qualification for:-

This course is designed as an introduction to the essentials of food hygiene more relevant to specific business environments to address sector specific needs.

It is aimed at individuals who handle food or drink as part of their everyday or occasional working practises; it provides an excellent introduction to the fundamentals of food hygiene and the causes and prevention of food poisoning.

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing/Retail course is designed to give attendees an understanding of the essentials of good food hygiene practices and helps them understand their responsibilities in a food or drink environment. When you pass the course you will obtain a nationally recognised qualification.
