Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing... Awarding Body (CIEH) Who is the qualification for:- This course is designed for food business owners/managers to trainers, from production managers to hygiene auditors; these sector specific qualifications meet industries need for a high level practical qualification with external accreditation, a Level 3 qualification is recommended before attendance. On completion of this course the delegates will have the appropriate technical knowledge to train candidates for the Level 2 Food Safety qualification. Acre Training also offers the Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice and Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS), which one is of the recommended qualifications to allow delegates to train. What you will achieve:- The Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering programme is designed to give attendees knowledge and skills in key areas of food safety management. The programme is delivered over a period of 5 days so there is plenty of time to develop your understanding. To undertake and be successful in the assessment you must submit two workplace assignments as well as taking a written examination. When you pass the course you will obtain a nationally recognised qualification.
