	National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH) It is now the law in England and Wales that anyone who authorised the sale of alcohol to the public must hold a personal licence.
	Award in Responsible Alcohol Retailing (ARAR) Provides essential knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of alcohol retailers authorised by a personal licence holder to sell alcohol.
	National Certificate for Door Supervisors (NCDS) This nationally recognised qualification is the industry standard and enable a door supervisor to apply for a licence to practise.
	Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace Gives an insight into the knowledge/understanding expected from employees by employers and industry. Replaces the Foundation Certificate in Health & Safety.
	Intermediate Certificate in Supervising Health & Safety Supervisors have a legal and moral responsibility to look after Health & Safety of employees. This qualification will give the delegate knowledge to enable improvement to the Health & Safety culture of their organisation.
	Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing/Retail Designed to address the Food Safety needs of Catering, Manufacturing and retail sectors. Replaces the Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene.
	Level 3 Award in Food Safety in Catering/Manufacturing/Retail Changes in legislation from January 2006 now places greater onus on anyone in the Food Business with supervisory responsibilities. This qualification will give the delegate this knowledge. Replaces the Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety.
	Customer Service Whatever your business is, excellent customer service leads to satisfied customers and improved business sales.
	First Aid What would you do if you or someone with you were involved in an accident? Would you be able to cope?? Basic first aid training is essential for everyone.
	Level 3 Award in Training Skills and Practice is aimed at those who want to develop practical training skills and/or meet the minimum training requirement for registering to deliver vocationally related qualifications without public funding.
	Level 3 Award in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) meets the minimum standard for all those in or entering teaching/training in the lifelong learning sector.
